It is the responsibility of the buyer/owner to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws regarding to the purchase, possession, and/or use, of all GV Custom Design knife products. The buyer/owner represents that they, he or she is of legal age and that the products made by GV Custom Design will be used in a lawful manner. GV Custom Design assumes no responsibility or liability for damage or injury as a result from use or misuse and any harm, injury, or unlawful use resulting from the sale, trade, use, travel or handling of any products from GV Custom Design. It is the responsibility of the buyer/owner to handle all GV Custom Design products he/she purchases with care and its intended use as a tool.
GV Custom Design WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Let it be known that when making a purchase from GV Custom Design that you “the buyer” agree to all the “Conditions of Sale”.
GV Custom Design does not sell Switchblades or Automatic knives of any kind.
Lifetime Warranty
GV Custom Design knives are designed and built for use as cutting tools. Use of any of our knives for any purpose other than cutting is considered abuse. GV Custom Design knives warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, loss, improper handling, alterations, accident, neglect, using handle as a hammer, disassembly or improper sharpening. If your product fails to function as it was designed, we will examine it’s condition upon it’s return to GV Custom Design offices, identify why it failed and respond in an appropriate manner. If we determine there is a defect in the manufacture/materials/workmanship, GV Custom Design will repair or replace that product with the same model or one of equal value at our own expense.
Ordering Process
Blades/Etching/Engraving is done made to order. Orders typically take between 4 – 6 weeks. When shipping happens you will be sent a notification via email.
Refunds/Returns
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4606 S Cortez Ave Tampa FL 33611.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
